Shipping Policy — Maison Glam

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Delivery typically occurs within 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, destination, and carrier service selected.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Some items may ship from different fulfillment centers; delivery times can vary by product.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS/Canada Post/UPS/FedEx/DHL/NZ Post/Australia Post).

  • Shipping rates, options, and any free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, order weight, and product type.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no extra cost. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including unit/apartment numbers).

  • Maison Glam is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at pixieprojections@gmail.com. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be possible once an order is processed.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a trace.

  • Lost or Damaged in Transit: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (lost) or receipt (damaged) with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

  • Please note that final resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are not responsible for any customs, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Our company will cover any customs, duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Delivery Delays

  • Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, customs inspections, and carrier capacity may cause delays outside our control.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Your order may ship together when all items are available, or in partial shipments at our discretion.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be refunded minus original shipping, return shipping, and handling fees, where applicable. Reshipments may incur additional shipping charges.

Changes & Cancellations

  • We begin processing quickly; therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us promptly, and we’ll do our best to help.
